You may return for a full refund within 100 days of receiving the item. The bed must be in like new condition with no stains or damage. Please contact us prior to returning the item for a Return Authorization (RA) to ensure the proper credit will be issued. We will then send you a return label. We will take care of all return shipping. We do ask that you keep the bed at least 10 days, and make every effort to give your dog a chance to get used to it. Please note personalized beds cannot be returned or exchanged.

FAQs

Is this dog bed orthopedic?

No. The Slumber Pad dog beds are NOT orthopedic. They use our AdaptaLoft™ filler vs. memory foam. They are designed to provide comfort and support for the whole body but are not as supportive as our ortho beds and do not provide pressure relief.

Will my dog like this bed?

What size dog bed should I get?

We recommend Crate bed sizes are not 100% standard so there is some variations. However, if purchasing this mat for use in a crate will work with most 30", 36", 40" and 48" crates. We also have a tool that could help. SEE IT HERE

Can I wash this bed?

Yes! This bed does not feature a removable cover, so simply throw the whole bed right in the wash! Wash on cold/gentle and dry on low heat.
