Shipping Information

Shipping times do not include production times. Shipping time begins after completion of the item creation, based off material availability.

Mesh-Style Vests: 1 Business Day

Our orders are typically packaged and shipped within two business day after they are processed online, unless noted differently on the product page. Expedited orders must be placed before 11:00 AM CST to be shipped in a timely manner.

If there is a shipping error or damaged product please contact Sitstay.com within 5 business days so this can be corrected.

SitStay does not ship on weekends (we need the weekends to spend with our families and dogs) and New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.

Time in Transit listed below begins once your order has shipped, not from the time your order was placed.  

Standard Flat Rate Shipping is an estimated delivery time. Estimated Delivery Dates are not guaranteed.
We cannot control the shipper once the package leaves our facility. We will do our best to mitigate any delays in your package arriving to you. UPS expedited packages do not count weekends. 

Example of a cape-style order placed Sunday with Expedited Shipping:

Order placed Sunday. Processing and Vest creation begins on Monday.
Vest is processed for UPS pick-up on Friday. (This counts as Day 0)
Vest is scheduled to arrive on Tuesday by the end of the UPS delivery day. (Monday is Day 1 and Tuesday is Day 2) This is if the production takes the full 4 business days. Usually it will ship sooner.

If the shipper sends an Expedited package on Wednesday, it will be delivered on Friday.

*Packages are picked up at End-Of-Day (usually around 3pm). Automated tracking emails are sent out when the packages are ready for pick up by UPS and USPS, which may be earlier in the day. Please refer above to the Day 0 count. Package labels created after 3pm may not be picked up by USPS and UPS until the next business day.

Note to International Purchasers: Your country's government or customs office charges you a customs duty or import tax on your shipment. You are responsible for all customs duties imposed. SitStay has no control over the duty process and is unable to provide any information about possible duties, charges or rates in advance. Please consult with your local customs office for further information.

First Class Shipping is not insured. What this means is that the risk of loss for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Warehouse Pickup

We provide warehouse pickup to our 4747 Pioneers Blvd., Suite #100 location.  Warehouse pickup is based on product availability and we may need to reschedule a pickup time based on availability. We are available at the warehouse 9 am - 5 pm CST, Monday through Friday.

Other Information

Please make sure your address is current, complete and correct. If you provide an incorrect address we will be unable to deliver your package and your dog will be disappointed by a delayed delivery!

While most orders are delivered within the specified timeframes, some destinations may take longer. Estimated delivery times are not applicable to some items being shipped by a third party. 

If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.

Unused items ordered in the wrong size/color can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned according to pursuant to the same conditions required for returns as set forth above. Shipping charges will apply.
